Recruitment takes place throughout the year.
Lawyers
On average three individual interviews conducted by the practice partners and/or counsel. You will be interviewed both in French and in English. You will meet a partner and/or counsel from another team during the final interview.
Traineeships
One to two individual interviews with senior lawyers in charge of recruiting for their team.
PA positions
Two or three individual interviews conducted first by the human resources team and then by the lawyers for whom you will be working. There will also be an English test and IT test.
Non-legal position
On average three individual interviews conducted first by the human resources team and then by the head of the business services or the partners/lawyers for whom you will be working. There will also be an English test.
