Excellent grades (in Germany: vollbefriedigende Staatsexamina) are a must. A doctorate is not a compulsory requirement, but is well regarded. Sound knowledge of English language is indispensable for our work as an international law firm. A degree earned in an English-speaking country (e.g. LL.M.) is a good way of proving this and is thus also a welcome additional qualification.
