The basis for all training for new joiners is intensive "Training on the Job". From day one, you can apply the knowledge you have gained during your studies or as a legal trainee. Experienced partners or counsels are on hand as mentors to support less experienced lawyers, and assist them with their first contact with clients. Development is discussed at regular feedback meetings. Obviously, less experienced lawyers are encouraged to contribute to these discussions, a process that guarantees the feedback provided is open and transparent for all involved.
