Our lawyer career model provides our lawyers with:
- A continuing emphasis on merit where progression is determined with reference to an individual's ability, skills and performance rather than just time served or years of experience.
- The creation of a grade of Senior Associate lawyers who are motivated and able to help the firm achieve its overall vision and strategy.
- A more structured career path for lawyers that gives greater clarity to their careers and which is supported by a training and development programme that ensures our lawyers develop the skills needed for progression to Counsel and Partner at an earlier stage.
- The opportunity for lawyers to build a portfolio of recognised, transferable skills, as well as their greater commercial awareness in managing their own careers.
