What have been your career highlights?
Since I joined Hogan Lovells, I have extended my experience on several specialized Insurance & Reinsurance matters, being involved on cases related to Surety bond, Professional Liability and Construction litigation for both Spanish and International clients. One of my most recent professional challenges has been working for a new Lovells' client on a big D&O reinsurance case.
What is your daily life at Hogan Lovells?
I start the day by reviewing all specialized legal and insurance press. Depending on the client's priorities, I deal with litigation work, monitoring counsel, review of insurance policies and reinsurance contracts, legal advice on Spanish Insurance Contract Law and all insurance related regulations etc. We discussed internally the current status of the matters and the new goals and challenges of each member of the team and also of the department. We work very close with lawyers from other offices in a truly international.
