Hogan Lovells has been ranked 62nd in the Stonewall Top 100 Employers 2012 Workplace Equality Index, published on 11 January 2012. This marks the second consecutive year that Hogan Lovells has entered the Top 100 list.
This year thirty-six legal employers submitted entries to the index, with seven law firms ranking in the Top 100 list. The ranking makes Hogan Lovells the 5th highest ranked law firm.
Being a diverse and inclusive place to work is at the core of Hogan Lovells' vision and values. An LGBT network has been in place since October 2007. The network promotes inclusivity and awareness, both internally and externally. During 2011 the network promoted a number of initiatives focused on pro bono work, community investment and business development in the LGBT community, each of which it intends to continue to push forward in 2012.
