Hogan Lovells was named UK Client Service Firm of the Year at the fourth annual Chambers Europe Awards 2011, which were held in Amsterdam on 5 May.
The award ceremony honors outstanding law firms on the basis of research carried out for Chambers Europe 2011.
Unlike other awards, Chambers does not accept submissions from law firms for its Client Service award. Winners are based only on client comments and their overall satisfaction with the service the firm provides. These rankings recognize the importance of the different styles of service provided by law practices, including value added services such as seminars, training programs, and secondees, and an understanding of the business environment in which clients operate.
