Director of HR Kay Willis was awarded HR Director of the Year at The Lawyer HR Awards 2011. The Lawyer HR Awards are the only awards dedicated to Legal HR and people management which celebrate excellence in the effective deployment of HR strategy.
Kay was announced as the winner at an awards ceremony on Tuesday 8 February 2011 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
